Keeping our children safe!!

Jo'burg child welfare

Babies and children at Othandweni and Princess Alice Adoption Home continue to enjoy normal residential services during lockdown.  Unfortunately, our centres have had to close their doors to walk-in volunteers.

We’ve done this to keep the children safe but we do miss the volunteers. The babies, especially, craved their gentle touch and the care workers appreciated their assistance.

But we’re happy to say that the older children at these centres have come to the rescue. They spend many hours giving the babies one-on-one attention and helping the care workers.

We are blessed to have such kind children. We love them all individually and are doing our utmost to keep them safe and healthy.
