Let’s give a shout out to our social workers. These special people are in a league of their own. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, they dutifully move about their business of protecting families and children at risk.
Our social workers carry heavy burdens that they can’t share. They see the stress on young faces as they try to make the right decisions, when no one is really sure what the right decisions are.
They’re scared for their own lives, fearful that they might take this unseen killer home to their loved ones, and worried about not having adequate personal protective equipment (PPE).
So as they strive to keep children safe, please keep them safe with a ready supply of PPE.
