Every day, children in need of loving homes are brought out of the cold and into the safety of JCW. One such child is Jabu*, a sweet little boy who was brought to us by the SA Police Service.

This little person was upset, hungry and sad when he arrived. But later that day, he found that he was in a safe place with friendly people, clean clothes, food and toys.  Jabu played happily in JCW’s playroom until he was taken to a place of safety.

We thank our donors for providing children like Jabu with comforts and kindnesses at a traumatic time in their lives.

Unfortunately, we are receiving an unprecedented number of children. That’s why we need your support. We cannot turn away children who need help.

Your gift will provide reassurance and relief to little ones on their arrival . . . and keep them safe until we place them in loving homes.

CAPTION: After the police brought Jabu* in to JCW, we provided him with food and clean clothes. He played happily in the playroom until we moved him to a safe place with new friends.
